Cars and Calories

so last night i did something really dumb and life changing..well not really, i accidently deleted every one of my playlists on itunes and therefore my ipod. now most people might think ahh no big deal but some of those took me a loooong time to compile! yea it sucked, it was an accident, an accident only i could make..but i guess if all i have to complain about is no playlists on my ipod i should most definately be thankful.
apparently it's hard to find a job when you're not looking. i thought it would be pretty easy once i got my license, i think it will be i just haven't done anything. i need to make up my resume again, haven't done that for like 3 years. i wonder hwo it will look when i apply to some crane operating place or waste management when i have: 2 years Coquitlam Chrysler 1 year Crash Freakin Crawly's hahahaha. what a loser.
so i definately need to lose some weight. i need to find time to go to the gym. but the onyl time i can make myself go is after work, and now i work till 5 and drive home with my dad so it's difficult. but it has to be done. i started eating a nutrigrain bar and a nasty slim fast drink for breakfast which is better than my usual nothing. but i need to get exercise most importantly and regularly. does anyone have some good eating tips for someone who can't cook and doesn't have a regular time to eat lunch..my biggest suggestion for myself was to start eating breakfast and i did that so i'm glad. i've also been reading a bit before bed and listening to all the praise programs from 9 - 12 every morning which feels good. and i haven't even found it hard not to plug in my new ipod and just listen to whatever i want for those 3 hours. so yea i'm feeling pretty good about things. thanks for asking.

don't drink slimfast.

all it is is a meal replacement. which means it has just as much fat and calories as an actual meal... so you may as well eat a meal... just make it something relatively healthy.

like instant oatmeal or cereal or an egg on toast (whole wheat of course) etc etc.

... and u'd be surprised, just changing ur diet you can still lose weight pretty easily. of course exercising is good too and important... but just make sure u're eating less than you burning and you're fine :).

p.s. and you don't even need to lose weight asswad.

how long has it been since you've seen me? the problem is i don't have time for actual food in the morning so i've just been drinking these slim fast nasty things. and it's the first time i've actually been getting breakfast. it's not like i'm eating a ton as well as that. see what i'm saying
